| Serality-based communities can use Wikis to store the accumulated knowledge of their members. A Wiki could be used to have a moderated place for members to recommend everything from vendors and local resources to restaurants or theater reviews. Another great use of a Wiki is to document policies and processes that need to be followed. This is especially valuable in a volunteer-based organization where you need to continually build a knowledge-base as you learn more.
